The agency website

Create the agency's website, build it while seeing it, publish it and put it online.

The website is set up in Organisation › Website. Its content (listings online, team, contact details) comes straight from your CRM: nothing to re-enter. Requests from its forms arrive in your contacts and your pipeline.

Who can do what

Right (“Rights” screen)What it allows
“Edit the site”change the draft, the media library and the team photos, use the assistant
“Publish the site”create the website, publish changes, put it online or take it offline, change the address and the logo

By default, the administrator and the manager have both rights; the agent does not. Without either, the page shows “Read only: only the administrator and the manager set up the website.”.

Creating the website

  1. On the Create your site card, check the Website address, suggested from the agency's name. It takes the form votre-agence.immobooking.be.
  2. Click Create the site. The message “Website created: set up its blocks, then put it online.” is shown.
  • The address has 3 to 40 characters: lowercase letters, digits and hyphens. Some words are reserved.
  • Possible refusals: “This address is invalid or reserved: 3 to 40 characters, lowercase letters, digits and hyphens.”, “This address is already used by another agency.”.
  • The website starts offline, with the Classic template and the Banner, Your properties, Figures, Team, Testimonials, Free valuation and Contact blocks.

The draft and publishing

The page shows the settings on the left and the website preview on the right. Any change to the layout goes into a draft, saved by itself. The public website only changes when you publish.

  1. Make your changes. The Publishing card shows “Unpublished changes”.
  2. Click Publish changes and confirm. The message “Changes published.” is shown.
  • Discard changes throws away everything that has not been published: the preview goes back to the published website.
  • Without the “Publish the site” right: “You edit the draft; publishing it is up to a member allowed to publish.”.
  • These apply straight away, without publishing: the website address, putting it online, the logo, and removing an image from the media library.

Putting it online

  1. On the Publishing card, click Put online. The message “Website online.” is shown.
  2. To stop it, click Take offline (“Website taken offline.”).

The card shows “Your website is online” with its address, or the address where it will be published. If going online is not open yet, the message is “Websites cannot go online yet: the *.immobooking.be address is being opened.”.

  1. Click the Assistant bubble, at the bottom right.
  2. Write what you want to change (1,000 characters at most), then Send.

  4. Check the preview. Undo cancels its last request, as long as nothing has changed since.
  • 30 requests per agency per day. The number remaining is shown.
  • Only one request at a time.
  • The assistant does not make up client reviews or figures. Nothing is online before publishing.

The portal under your brand

If your tier includes “Portal under your brand”, the portal replaces your website at your address, with search and full listing pages. While it is active, the template and blocks are not shown; your colours, logo and languages dress it.

  1. On the Site address card, choose Listings shown: Your listings only or The whole catalogue, yours first.
  2. Click Save.
