My agency

Keep the agency's identity, licence and guarantees up to date, as they appear in every mandate and on every invoice.

The agency's record is at the bottom of the menu: My agency.

Who can do what

  • The whole team can read the record.
  • Only the administrator can change it. No right allows another role to do so. Other members see “Only the agency administrator can change these details.” and greyed-out fields.

Filling in the record

Each field saves itself when you leave it. The status is shown at the top of the page: “Saving…”, “Saved” or “Not saved — try again”.

What this data is used for

  • Mandates: it is printed in every mandate. The mandate document cannot be produced as long as the BCE number, address, postcode, town, IPI number, the professional liability insurer and policy number, and the guarantee provider are missing. The mandate wizard flags it: “The agency's legal details are incomplete: … They will be required to issue the mandate.”.
  • ImmoBooking invoices: the registered name, number and address are printed on each invoice. A subscription or a domain name cannot be bought without a valid company number, address, postcode, town and e-mail (see Subscription and billing).
