Syndication to other portals

Save the agency's access to another property portal, then syndicate a listing there and follow its sending.

Syndication is set up in two places: the agency's access in Organisation › Syndication, then activation listing by listing, at the bottom of the listing's record (Syndication to other portals).

The principle

  • ImmoBooking publishes on another portal with your agency's professional access: it is your agency that has the contract with that portal.
  • Only listings created from a mandate are syndicated to other portals.
  • Only the fields listed in What the portal will show are sent. The negotiation margin, the sellers and the land register data are never sent.
  • Publication on the ImmoBooking portal needs no setting: it follows the listing's status (see Listings).

Saving the agency's access

This step is done once per portal.

  1. Open Organisation › Syndication.
  2. On the portal's card, paste into Access key the key provided by that portal.
  3. Click Save.

What happens next:

  • the message “Access saved.” is shown, and the card reads “Access saved on …”;
  • the access details are encrypted and are never shown again. To change them, enter them again and click Replace access;
  • sendings that had failed because the portal refused your access are sent again.

Who can do it:

  • the Syndication section only appears in the menu for people with the “Integrations” right (only the administrator has it by default);
  • the page itself only opens for the administrator. A manager or an agent who has been given this right sees the section, but goes back to the overview when clicking it.

If the page shows “No other portal is connected yet.”, no syndication is possible yet.

Deleting the access

  1. Click Delete access.
  2. Confirm with Delete.

ImmoBooking can no longer publish on that portal on behalf of the agency. Deletion is refused as long as a listing is syndicated there: “Listings are still published on this portal: remove them first.”. The card shows how many listings are syndicated there.

Syndicating a listing

  1. Open the listing's record.
  2. At the bottom of the record, in Syndication to other portals, find the portal's block.
  3. If the block shows “This portal would reject the listing as it is. To complete: …”, complete the fields listed.
  4. Click Publish on this portal.

What happens next:

  • the message “Publishing requested: it will be sent in a moment.” is shown;
  • if the listing is online, it is sent to the portal;
  • if the listing is not online yet, nothing is sent: sending will happen when it is published;
  • each change to the listing is then sent to the portal automatically;
  • when the listing goes offline (sold, let, withdrawn, suspended), it is removed from the portal.

To remove it from a single portal, click Remove from this portal (“Removal requested.”).

The whole team can syndicate a listing or remove it from a portal.

Following the sending

Each block carries a status:

StatusWhat it means
“Up to date”the portal has the latest version of the listing
“Pending”a sending or a removal is about to go
“Behind”the portal has an older version of the listing, or a sending failed and will be retried
“Error”the sending failed
“Removed”the listing has been removed from the portal and syndication is deactivated
“Offline”syndication is activated, but the listing is not online on ImmoBooking, so not on this portal either
  • The block also shows “Last exchange: …” and the listing's reference on the portal.
  • If the portal does not respond, the application retries by itself: after 1, 5 and 15 minutes, then 1 hour, 6 hours and 24 hours. The block shows “Sending failed (n). Next automatic attempt at …”.
  • If the portal refuses your access or refuses the listing, there is no automatic retry: correct it, then click Try again (“New attempt started.”).
Message shownWhat to do
“Your agency's access for this portal has not been saved yet.”Click Enter it (with the “Integrations” right), or ask the administrator.
“The portal rejects the agency's access. Correct it in Settings → Syndication.”The administrator enters the access key again.
“The portal rejected the listing.”Check the listing, then click Try again.
“This property is already published on this portal through another listing.”First remove the other listing from this portal.
“A sold or withdrawn listing is no longer syndicated.”The listing is finished.

Portals not connected yet

A portal marked “Coming soon” is not connected to ImmoBooking yet: its block has no button. It only shows “The listing is ready for …” or the list of fields that would be missing for this portal.
