The dashboard
Read the agency's figures or your own over a period, compare them with the previous period and export them as CSV.
The Dashboard is at the top of the menu, just below Overview. It is open to the administrator, the manager and the agent.
What you see depending on your role

The agent does not see the Team ranking.
Choosing the period
- Click a shortcut: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 365 days.
- Or enter the From and To dates, then click Show.
- With no choice, the page shows the last 30 days.
- The shortcuts end today. The dates cannot go beyond today.
- The period is 366 days at most and the start date comes before the end date. Otherwise: “Invalid period: 366 days at most, with the start date before the end date.” and the default period is shown.
- The line “Compared with … to …” gives the previous period of the same length. It is the one used for the trends.
The indicators

| Leads | The opportunities created during the period, in both pipelines (portal, valuation, entered by hand). |
| Signed mandates | The mandates whose electronic signature was completed during the period. |
| Sales | The buyer opportunities that entered a won stage (Deed) during the period. An opportunity counts once. |
| Earned commissions | The commission excl. VAT on the period's sales: the mandate's rate or flat fee, on the buyer's latest offer, otherwise on the mandate price. |
| Forecast commissions | Today: the commission excl. VAT on signed mandates whose property is not sold yet, on their price. |
| Buyer pipeline value | Today: the sum of the prices of the properties targeted by open buyer opportunities, or their budget otherwise. |
- Leads, Signed mandates and Sales show their trend: “… % compared with the previous period”. If the previous period is empty: “No comparison: nothing in the previous period”.
- The amounts also show “N not quantified” when some items have no amount.
The sections
Leads by source
A bar chart, one colour per source: Portal request, Viewing booked, Valuation request, Added by hand, ImmoPass shared, API (other tool).
- The bars are per day up to 31 days, per week up to 184 days, per month beyond that.
- Show as table displays the same figures as a table; Show as chart goes back to the chart.
Conversion by stage
Two funnels, Buyers and Sellers. Among the opportunities created during the period, each stage shows the share that reached it (passed through it, or further), the number that reached it and the rate compared with the previous stage.
Opportunities without history are not guessed: they are counted separately, “without history, not measured”.
Sales and viewings

Team ranking
Reserved for the administrator and the manager. One line per active member, even at zero: signed Mandates, completed Viewings, Sales they are responsible for, earned Commissions. Sorting is by commissions, then sales, then mandates.
Listing performance
One line per listing published at least once: Views, contact Requests, Favourites, completed Viewings and Offers received during the period. The listing title opens its record.
Exporting as CSV
Click Export as CSV under Leads by source, Team ranking or Listing performance.
- The file covers the period shown.
- It opens in a spreadsheet (semicolon separator). Commissions are excl. VAT, in euros.
- The listings export adds the Reference, the Town and the Status of each listing.
- The listings export link only appears if there is at least one listing.
