Favourites and comparison
Save properties, follow changes to their status and compare up to four side by side.
Your favourites are in My account, under My favourites. You need an account with a confirmed address.
Saving a property
- Open the property's page.
- Click Save this property. The button becomes In your favourites.
If you are not signed in, you first go through the sign-in page, then return to the property's page.
Your favourites list
Each saved property shows its photo, its title, its location and its price. The title leads to the property's page as long as the property is online.
When a property's status changes, the list shows it: “Changed:” followed by the old and the new status. The possible statuses are:
- For sale;
- Under option;
- Under offer;
- Sold;
- Let;
- No longer online (the property has left the portal, whatever the reason).
Click Seen to clear the note. The number of changes to look at is also shown next to My favourites in the menu, and on the account's Overview.
To remove a property, click Remove: “The property has been removed from your favourites.”
Comparing properties
The comparison tool appears as soon as you have 2 favourites.
- In My favourites, tick 2 to 4 properties.
- Click Compare the selection.
The Compare properties page puts the properties in columns. The rows give:
- Price and Price per m²;
- Location;
- Energy performance and Consumption;
- then all the properties' features.
The heading of each column leads to the property's page, or shows “No longer online”. My favourites takes you back to the list.
With fewer than 2 or more than 4 properties: “Choose between 2 and 4 properties from your favourites.”
