The owner space
Follow the sale or letting entrusted to an agency by signed mandate: figures, offers, candidates, reports, documents and deadlines.
The owner space opens from a personal link that your agency sends you by email once your mandate is signed. It needs no account or password, and does not appear in My account.
Receiving and opening access
When the mandate is signed, you receive:
- the email “Your mandate is signed”, with the mandate and the withdrawal form (appendix 3 of the mandate);
- the email “Your space to follow the sale” (or “… the letting”), with the Open my space button.
Click Open my space. The Following your sale page (or Following your letting) opens.
- The link is valid for 12 months at most, and never beyond the end of the mandate. The date is shown at the bottom of the space: “This personal link is valid until …”.
- The link is personal: do not forward it, it gives access to your file.
- The agency can deactivate a link, or send you a new one.
- An expired or deactivated link shows “This link is no longer valid: it has expired or been deactivated. Ask your agency for a new one.”
Your listing and its figures
The Your listing block gives the property, the status of the listing and the See the listing link.
Under “This month, from … to today”:
| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Listing views | visitors to the listing, each counted once a day |
| Contact requests | the messages received by the agency for this property |
| Saved as favourite | the people who saved the property |
| Viewings held | past viewings |
| Upcoming viewings | viewings already booked |
Before publication: “Your listing is not online yet: views and contacts will be measured as soon as it is published.”
Offers (sale)
Each offer passed on by the agency is shown under Offers received: the amount, “Received on …”, the Bidder, the Conditions and the deadline (Valid until). You also receive it by the email “An offer for your property”.
- Read the offer.
- Click Confirm receipt.
The offer then shows “Receipt confirmed on …”. The agency sees your confirmation. This button only confirms that you have received the offer: it does not accept it.
Applications (letting)
For a letting, the The applications block replaces the offers.
- The candidates are anonymous: “Candidate 1”, “Candidate 2”… You see the size of the household, the monthly income, the rent-to-income ratio, and the note “visited the property”.
- You see neither their name nor their contact details: only the agency knows them.
- The rent-to-income ratio informs; it does not decide.
If the mandate leaves the choice of tenant to you
The agency proposes a candidate to you. You receive the email “A candidate is proposed to you”, with no data about them. In the space, the candidate carries the note “Proposed by the agency”.
- Click Select this candidate.
- Confirm: “Select candidate …? The listing goes under option and the agency prepares the next steps with them.”
The message “Candidate selected: the agency takes it from here.” is shown. The candidate is told by email. If the application does not suit you, talk to your agent.
Viewing reports and progress reports
- Viewing reports: the report of each viewing, as validated by the agent.
- Monthly reports: a report is sent on the 1st of each month, for the previous month. The agency can also send you an “interim update” at any time. Open shows the content of a report, Close folds it away.
Each report also arrives by email (“Your monthly report” or “Sale update”). It covers views, contacts, favourites, viewings, offers, the end of the mandate and the last day to object to its renewal.
Documents and deadlines
- Documents: My signed mandate (PDF).
- Mandate deadlines: Start, End of the mandate, and Last day to object to renewal.
The lease (managed letting)
When a lease is signed for your property, the space adds a The lease block for each lease:
- the home, the tenants, the start, the end, the rent and the charges;
- Rent, if the agency manages the rent: each due date with its status (To pay, Paid, or the amount received);
- What has been paid over to you: each payment over, with its date, the amount collected, the management fees deducted and the net amount. What has been collected but not yet paid over is shown as “… received, to be paid over to you shortly.”;
- Lease documents: signed lease, inventories of fixtures, pre-contractual information, indexation letters, service charge statements, notice letter, agreement to release the deposit.
The application does not make the transfers: it records the ones the agency has made.
Your agent
The Your agent block gives their name, their agency, their email address and their phone number. The space does not let you write to the agency: use these contact details.
