The listing page
Read a property's page, contact the agency or the seller, save the property and report a listing.
The page opens when you click a property in the results, in your favourites or in an alert email. Back to results takes you back to your search.
What the page shows
- The photos: Previous photo, Next photo, the thumbnails, and Full screen.
- The title, the address, the price or the rent, and “Published on” followed by the date.
- Description. If it does not exist in your language: “This listing doesn't exist in your language yet: it is shown in …”.
- Features: type, surfaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, years, condition, heating, energy, outdoor spaces, insulation, Cadastral income…
- Energy performance: the class, the consumption and the certificate number, or “Energy certificate not provided”.
- Location: the exact point, or a circle of about 1 km if the address is not published (“The exact address is provided by the agency.”).
- The agency: its name, its address, its IPI number, and the Call and Send an email links. For a property sold by its owner, this block is called Sold by a private seller.
- Similar properties: up to 3 properties of the same type, for sale or for rent like this one, at most 10 km away, and whose price differs by at most 30%.
For a rental
The Rental terms block adds:

The page also states: “Agency fees are paid by the landlord.”
Contacting the agency or the seller
The Contact the agency form (or Contact the seller for a private seller) is next to the description.
- Enter your Full name and your Email address.
- If you wish, add your Phone (optional).
- Read through Your message: it is pre-filled; change it as you like (at least 10 characters).
- Tick the consent box so that your details and your message are passed on.
- If you wish, also tick “I also agree that the agency may contact me to offer other properties (optional, can be withdrawn at any time).” This box does not exist for a private seller.
- Click Send.
What happens next:
- the message “Thank you! Your message has been sent: the agency will answer you shortly.” is shown (for a private seller: “… the seller will reply to you directly.”);
- the agency receives your enquiry and an agent is assigned to answer it;
- a private seller receives your message by email, with your address and your phone number, and replies to you directly;
- you do not receive a confirmation email.
If you are signed in
- With a confirmed address, your name and address are no longer asked for (“You are writing as …”). Your phone number is pre-filled. The message is kept in My messages (see My account).
- With an unconfirmed address, the form works as it does without an account, and the message is not kept in your account.
Saving the property
Click Save this property. The button becomes In your favourites. Clicking again removes the property.
- If you are not signed in, you first go through sign-in, then return to the page.
- Your address must be confirmed: otherwise, “Please confirm your email address first (link sent by email) to save properties.”

Other steps from the page
Depending on the property, other blocks are added next to the form:

None of this exists for a property sold by a private seller, apart from viewing bookings.
Reporting a listing
- Click Report this listing.
- Choose the Reason: The property is already sold, Fake listing or scam, Misleading photos, Illegal or offensive content, Other.
- Add Details (optional).
- If you want an answer, give Your email, if you want an answer (optional).
- Click Send the report.
The message “Thank you, your report has been passed on to moderation.” is shown. ImmoBooking's moderation team checks every report. You can send at most 5 an hour.
