Receiving buyers' enquiries

  • Your listing shows “Sold by a private seller”. Its form is called Contact the seller.
  • Each message reaches you by the email “An enquiry about your property”, with the person's name, email address, phone number and message. Reply to them directly.
  • Buyers can neither apply nor share an ImmoPass on your listing.

Being contacted by agencies

In Agencies & contacts, Be contacted by partner agencies block:

  1. Tick I agree to be contacted by partner agencies (the box is unticked to start with).
  2. Click Save my choice.
  • Up to 3 partner agencies near your property can offer you their services, 2 a week at most.
  • They only see your published listing, never your email address.
  • Each offer reaches you by the email “An agency is offering its services”. You are free to reply or not.
  • Untick the box and save to withdraw your consent: “no agency will see you any more”, with immediate effect.

Asking for a valuation

  1. In Agencies & contacts, Ask for a valuation block, choose an agency (the distance is shown).
  2. Click Ask for a valuation.
  3. Choose For the property concerned, or No specific property.
  4. Read through Your message (at least 10 characters), then click Ask for a valuation again.

The message “Your request has been sent: the agency will contact you.” is shown. The agency receives your contact details and your message.

  • Only one request per agency.
  • At most 3 agencies can be in contact with you, whether you or they wrote first.
  • At most 3 valuation requests a week.

Who contacted you lists each exchange: the agency, the date, the direction (“The agency offered you its services” or “You asked for a valuation”), the message and the agency's contact details.

If you entrust the property to an agency

An agency in contact with you can prepare a mandate from your file. Who contacted you shows it: “The agency has prepared a mandate from your file”.

  • The mandate is signed with the agency, not on the portal.
  • As soon as the mandate is signed, your own listing leaves the portal (status Taken off the portal).
  • You then follow the sale in your owner space (see The owner space).
