Property prices and service providers
Check sale prices municipality by municipality and find a checked service provider in the directory.
Prices open from Property prices, at the top of the portal or at the bottom of the page. The directory opens from Find a service provider, at the bottom of the page.
Finding a municipality
- Open Property prices.
- Type the name in Find a municipality (for example “Namur, Liège, Ghent…”), then click Search.
- Click the municipality you want.
You can also browse All municipalities, sorted by letter. From a property search, the Market prices in link (followed by the municipality) leads directly to its page.
Reading a municipality's prices
The Property prices in page (followed by the municipality) gives the figures for the latest known year, for four categories: Houses, Houses with 2 or 3 façades, Detached houses, Flats.

| Median price | half of the properties sold for less, the other half for more |
| number of sales | the sales of the year in this category |
| “Half of the sales between … and …” | the range containing the middle half of the sales |
| “Fewer than 10 sales: no figure published” | too few sales to publish a figure |
Below:
- Median price over time: the curve for past years;
- The detail, year by year: a table you can expand, with the number of sales, the median price and the quartiles;
- See properties for sale in (followed by the municipality): the search for properties in the municipality.
The figures come from Statbel. The date of the latest import is shown at the bottom of the page.
The service provider directory
The directory lists professionals whose company number and licences ImmoBooking has checked.
- Open Find a service provider.
- Choose the Trade: Photographer, EPC assessor, Electrical inspection, Surveyor, Land surveyor, Notary, Mortgage broker, Bank, Insurer, Removals, Renovation, Architect, Contractor.
- Choose the Province, or All.
- Click Search.
Each provider shows its trades, its areas (“Works in: …”) and its rating (“…/5 from … reviews”) or “No reviews yet.”.
Its page also gives:
- “Licence checked by ImmoBooking on” followed by the date;
- its description;
- Contact: phone, email, website;
- its reviews. Each one carries the note “Verified review: job done through ImmoBooking” and is signed by an agency or by “A private individual”.
