The tenant space
Open your tenant space, follow your rent payments there and download your lease documents.
The tenant space opens from a personal link that your agency sends you by email. It needs no account or password, and does not appear in My account.
Receiving and opening access
- Your agency sends you access from your lease. You receive the email “Your tenant space”, followed by the address of the home.
- Click Open my space.
The My tenant space page opens. Keep the email: it is what takes you back there.
- The agency can only send you access if your email address is in your file.
- The link is personal: do not forward it. Its end date is shown at the top of the space: “This personal link is valid until …”.
- The agency can cut off access at any time, or send you the link again.
- An expired or cut-off link shows “This link is no longer valid. Ask your agency for a new one.”

What the space does not do
The space is for viewing only: it does not let you do anything.
- Rent is paid by bank transfer, to the Account shown, with the Payment reference to use. There is no online payment.
- To report a problem or ask a question, contact the agency (Your agency block).
- You see neither the agency's fees nor what it pays over to the landlord.
Emails you may receive
| When | |
|---|---|
| “Reminder: rent for …” | a rent tracked by the agency is still unpaid 10 days after its due date |
| “Formal notice: rent for …” | it is still unpaid 25 days after its due date; the email announces a registered letter |
| “Indexation of your rent” | the agency requests the indexation of your rent: current rent, indexed rent, date from which it is due |
| “Service charge statement” | the agency sends you the service charge statement for a period: actual costs, provisions paid, balance |
- The reminder and formal notice emails state the amount outstanding, the payment reference and the account. They specify that no reminder fees are charged to you.
- If the rent is paid in the meantime, the email is not sent.
- The detailed indexation letter, the detailed statement and its supporting documents are in the space's documents.
